The Experience

JT and I were exploring Collins street for dinner options and stumbled across Box on Collins.

At $35.00 a main, dining at Box on Collins isn’t exactly value for money, but it was for a special occasion, so we threw caution to the wind. Lucky we did! We were surprised at how quickly the food was served and the quality of the seafood blew us away.

My serving of garlic king prawns was generous, and the prawns actually were ‘king-sized’. The strong flavour of garlic was a perfect match with the tasty prawns. JT’s atlantic salmon was cooked perfectly and the accompanying risotto was also packed with flavour - probably the best risotto we’ve tried this year.
